Truecaller App For iOS: Why It’s Worth It!

If you haven’t used Truecaller before, here’s a quick little fact: Truecaller is downloaded by over 100 million people. It’s a free app that will track the caller ID name (when you insert the unknown phone number) and block phone numbers so you cannot receive future calls from them on your iOS device.

Here’s an example of how I use Truecaller daily: Sometimes I could never pickup phone calls – and I quickly launch the Truecaller app to find the name of the person. And if I know them, I return the call.

Note that Truecaller for iPhone is absolutely free to download. There is a premium version as well – and it costs $1.99 per month. You can use Truecaller Premium to get more features although they may not be required at this point of time.

If you like what Truecaller does, upgrade to the premium version.

  • Oh my…

The app requires access to your Contacts…no way I’m doing that.
The app doesn’t really block calls at all..because Apple doesn’t allow it.
Caller ID is not real time….you have to go to recent call history to see who’s calling.
    Very misleading article.
