Spolight Search Quick Fix

When you tap on the Spotlight search box and you are about to enter the text from your iPhone or iPad, you will get the image shown above.

We have already mentioned how to fix this blurry Spotlight screen in our tutorial.

What Needs To Be Done:

  • Rebooting iOS device
  • Hard reset the device
  • Update to new iOS firmware

A better solution, however, had been added recently and we want you to take advantage of this “fix” which is as follows:

  • Go to Settings -> General -> Accessibility
  • Tap on Increase Contrast
  • Enable the Reduce Transparency switch

Make sure the “Reduce Transparency” option is turned ON (it is green in color). Now disable it again.

Now restart your iOS device and the Spotlight Search bar should work again – without any of those black & white blurry icon page – on your iPhones and iPads.
